Kelly owes/owed money, while that is of interest, the thing that is more interesting is that the courts can't locate her. Either they are wrong (hard to believe or she does not live at her address).

They were able to garnish her wages from her employer Hull and Associates.
According to case Case Number: CVF-12-19618 where she owes $2144 to Capital One, they can't find her either.
